You really shouldn't pick your real estate agent off a website. In my point of view, it's too one dimensional. The usual thing for a Realtor to do is list all their awards, splatter I'm #1 on everything, and then hope that does the trick.

Don't get me wrong... I could do that too. I am #3 at my company, have over 18 million in sales just in 2004, by representing 48 transaction sides in just that year. I work for a large company. In fact, my company is the leading real estate sales company in the Inland Empire area, and have been every year since its inception in 1986. We've even got the graphs and charts directly from the MLS data to show you..... everything from who represents the most sellers (Westcoe), who represents the most buyers (Westcoe), and a comparison of the top 10 real estate companies in our area in both of these categories.... and I would be happy to send you all this information... but that would not tell you the entire Westcoe story, or the story about me.
